In this video piece, Dunne explored the concepts of emotional reciprocity and non-verbal communication. Dunne communicated a series of emotions facially. In order to heighten the viewers experience, the video was cropped to include only her most prominent facial features. The aim of this piece was to explore viewers responses to these scripted and dramatized emotions. Would an audience be moved by these expressions without the use of words and additional physical prompts?
